Learning and Support Program

LaSP is a highly visible and valued Learning and Support Program that provides specialist assistance to students from Years 7 to 12 with additional support needs. The team of Learning and Support teachers and Student Learning Support Officers (SLSOs) offer direct, timely support through a range of services, including the Learning and Support Education Room (LASER) and other tailored programs focused on literacy and numeracy, including Lift10 and dhugan. The LaSP Program focuses on priorities such as student safety and integration funding allocation. SLSOs are also assigned to classrooms to help monitor and support students’ learning and wellbeing.
