Senior Constable Nathan Ward and Senior Constable Stephen White from the PCYC Shoalhaven are looking forward to starting the ‘Fit For Life’ boxing fitness program at Vincentia High School.

‘Wardy’ and ‘Whitey’ will be boxing with the students and serving up a free breakfast every Thursday morning before school starts. Kicking off at 7.30am in the school hall starting on Thursday 6 February 2020. All students and staff are welcome to join in the fun anytime between 7.30am-8am. Late comers welcome to join in.
