The themes addressed and brief overviews of each of the year group programs are as follows:

YEAR 7: MY FUTURE, MY OPTIONS
Year 7 students will take part in an exciting program that will introduce them to higher education options as well as the benefits of tertiary study. A primary focus will be placed on encouraging students not to underestimate themselves or their potential and to start planning early for their future. Activities will help students draw out their own strengths and interests highlighting the fact that they should do what they enjoy and work on improving skills in those areas.

YEAR 8: GOING FOR GOALS!
The Year 8 program will primarily focus on encouraging students to fulfil their potential. Students will develop a common understanding of what goals are and the importance of short and long-term goal setting. Students will take part in a variety of individual and group activities designed to help build their confidence, self-esteem and encourage them to take the steps necessary to plan for their future.

YEAR 9: PATHWAYS... WHERE AM I GOING AND HOW DO I GET THERE?
In Year 9, students are encouraged to make informed choices about their post-school options. Students work through a number of activities designed to assist them in pursuing their interests, realising their potential and taking advantage of the opportunities available.

YEAR 10: EXPANDING HORIZONS... FROM HERE TO CAREER!
The Year 10 program encourages students to identify and select options for the future that genuinely interest them. Students will have an opportunity to think about their own futures and the steps they must take to achieve their dream careers.
