Positive Behaviour for Success

Vincentia High School introduced a new reward system for all students in Term 2 of 2021. The Eagle Award is given to any student who is demonstrating our core values of Respect, Responsibility and Personal Best during class, in the playground and extra-curricular activities. All staff including non-teaching staff, office and canteen staff can give out an Eagle Award.

As students accumulate these awards, they will be acknowledged by Year Advisors sending a letter home, Executive staff presenting them with a certificate at roll call or a certificate from the Principal at assembly and at a Principal’s morning tea. Eagle Awards will also count towards Honour Society points.

Eagle Awards can be used as currency on an exciting range of prizes from snacks, gifts and a range of vouchers at The Nest. The Nest, which is in the hall, will be open for business in weeks 3, 6 & 9 each term. There are prizes worth 1 merit point all the way up to 45 merits.

At Vincentia High School we value respect, gratitude, kindness, collaboration, self-control, optimism, grit, creativity and innovation. We love to reward students who demonstrate these values daily.

At Vincentia High our core values are Respect, Responsibility & Personal Best.

Celebrating our school values of Respect, Responsibility & Personal Best!

(This program is on hold during Covid-19)

In recognition of students demonstrating our school values, each fortnight during the Wellbeing lesson recipients are awarded a free Husky Movies ticket. The tickets have been kindly donated by Integrity Real Estate Jervis Bay and The Huskisson Pictures. These values can be shown in many ways within our school community and we are proud to acknowledge these students each week.

Names of the recipients are printed in our school newsletter.

We would like to thank Huskisson Pictures and Integrity Real Estate Jervis Bay for their continued support in this program. Phone: 4441 7771
