Design and Technology Students nominated for exhibition in Sydney

We are extremely excited for 2019 Year 12 students Nellie Gray, Jeremy Head and Erin Steeles for having their Design and Technology Major Works nominated for selection to exhibit at ‘Shape 2019’ at the Powerhouse Museum in Sydney. 

Nellie designed a sculptural piece to promote female body image. Jeremy designed at dolphin sculpture that makes a statement about plastic pollution in Jervis Bay. Erin designed a sculptural piece to raise awareness about world pollution.

The students put in a tremendous amount of effort in the design and completion of each piece, to have their work nominated for such a high level exhibition is testament to their level of commitment. TAS teachers Mr Newton, Ms Mac and Mr Donohue all worked closely guiding the students through the process.  Congratulation Nellie, Jeremy and Erin and good luck with the selection.
